1. Establish departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine: Gratitude and Certificate of honor of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine.

2. Approve Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine - Gratitude and the Certificate of honor of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine which is applied.

3. (Shapkin S. B.) to provide to administrative management production of forms of Gratitude and the Certificate of honor of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine.
