1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for use of means of the special account for social support of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad.

2. To assign management of the special account to State commission on coordination of social support of relatives of dead and injured on April 6-7, 2010 in the cities of Talas, Naryn and Bishkek, and also on May 13-14, 2010 in the city of Jalal-Abad which structure affirms the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development, department of regional development, transport, construction and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
