2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 1998 No. 569 "About approval of the Standard charter of partnership of owners, the Standard agreement about joint household";
subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2008 No. 2010 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 14, 5/29066);
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2010 No. 161 "About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some resolutions and separate provisions of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 40, 5/31224);
subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2011 No. 469 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2010 No. 538" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 43, 5/33641).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
