About the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine

1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. The ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine is legal successor of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine who will be reorganized.

3. Determine that before adoption of legal and other normative legal acts:

as a part of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and its territorial authorities divisions of tax police will be formed and are effective;

The minister of the income and charges of Ukraine performs the powers connected with acceptance, passing and dismissal from service of faces of the private and the commanding structure of tax police, the income serving as a part of the Ministry and charges of Ukraine according to Regulations on service by the ordinary and commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies;

for officials of bodies of the state tax and customs services and faces of the private and the commanding structure of tax police, the income passing to service into the Ministry and charges of Ukraine and its territorial authorities, members of their families payment terms of work and material security, privilege and other social guarantees (including medical attendance, sanatorium and provision of pensions) established according to the legislation for officials of bodies of the state tax and customs services and faces of the private and the commanding structure of tax police and members of their families remain.

4. Bring such changes in some presidential decrees of Ukraine:
