Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2008 N 628 "About Regulations on the identity certificate of the seaman, Regulations on the seaworthy book, sample and the description of the form of the seaworthy book" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 34, by the Art. 3937).

Changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 18, 2008 No. 628

1. In Regulations on the identity certificate of the seaman approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 8 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) the main identity document of the citizen of the Russian Federation under which the citizen of the Russian Federation performs departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation.";

b) in Item 10:

state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) representation on certification of the identity of the seaman from the Russian organization for hiring and employment of seamen having the license for rendering services in employment of citizens of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation;";

add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) the employment contract about work on the vessel floating under foreign flag concluded by the applicant directly with the shipowner.";

c) state Item 12 in the following edition:
