About approval of the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state protection and support of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Install the enclosed state program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan and the plan of the main actions for implementation of the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Determine the State Agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the coordinator of the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to other ministries and departments within the powers to take measures for investment attraction for implementation of actions, provided by the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan when forming drafts of the Government budget on 2003, 2004 and 2005 to provide amount of the budgetary appropriations allocated for implementation of the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan according to requirements of the current legislation.
5. To the state Agency on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship with assistance of the Republic of Tajikistan to the interested Ministries and departments, Chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to provide accomplishment of the State program of support of entrepreneurship for 2002-2005 in the Republic of Tajikistan at the scheduled time.
