city departments, and also district departments of legal executives with annual average amount of executive documents over 15 thousand units servicing the territory with the population exceeding 250 thousand people treat departments of legal executives of the first category;
district departments of legal executives with annual average amount of executive documents over 8 thousand units and servicing the territory with the population from 100 thousand to 250 thousand people treat departments of legal executives of the second category;
other departments of legal executives belong to the third category.
Approve the list of categorized departments according to appendix No. 1.
2. Since January 1, 2013:
raise job grades of compensation of legal executives of district (city) departments of the first category on 2 job grades, the second category - on 1 job grade, according to appendix No. 2;
