About approval of Changes to the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, to 33 Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" but for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of cash work by banks in Ukraine Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 01, 2011 No. 174, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 25, 2011 for No. 790/19528 (with changes) (daleeizmeneniye) which are applied.

2. To general department of regulation of currency circulation (Nesterenko V. M.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rychakivskaya V. I.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except paragraphs two and third subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Changes which are becoming effective since January 1, 2014.
