About modification of the Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 1996 No. 262 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 237; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 39, Art. 1941; 2006, No. 33, Art. 2382; 2007, No. 88, Art. 3221; 2008, No. 86, Art. 2884; 2012, No. 45, the Art. 1761), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Paragraph two of subitem 2 to state 1) in such edition:

"to ensuring needs of rail transport for the material, fuel and energy, attracted financial resources and services which are connected with implementation of borrowings, in particular legal and that which provide the international rating agencies;";
