About approval of the Regulations on assessment procedures of compliance of industrial output in the regulated area (modules)

Based on provisions of articles 18 and 33 of the Law No. 235 of December 1, 2011 on activities for accreditation and assessment of conformity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 46-47 136), and also for the purpose of ensuring application in the territory of the Republic of Moldova of assessment procedures of compliance of industrial output in the regulated Government DECIDES: area

1. Approve Regulations on assessment procedures of compliance of industrial output in the regulated area (modules) it (is applied).

2. To the regulating bodies within the competences of process of development and review of technical regulations to establish possibilities of application of assessment procedures of compliance which will provide the necessary level of safety for goal achievement of the technical regulation, according to this resolution.

3. The regulations on assessment procedures of compliance of industrial output in the regulated area (modules) become effective in 6 months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. From the moment of the introduction in action of the Provision stated above to declare invalid the Resolution No. 395 of April 17, 2006. "About rules of implementation of assessment procedures of compliance of industrial output from the regulated area and application of national mark of conformity of SM" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 66-69, 438).

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Economics.
