About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2009 No. 983

1. Bring in Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for the designing and construction of facilities in areas of the farmstead housing estate approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 27, 2009 No. 983 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2009 No. 265" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 186, 5/30242), the following change and amendment:
"intra quarter" to exclude the word;
add Item with part two of the following content:
"Constructions and engineering electric utility power grids, networks of water supply, street road net belong to the engineering and transport infrastructure providing minimum necessary level of the engineering equipment of the parcels of land (streets with the carriageway provided with covering sand-gravel mix).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
