About approval of the Procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of temporality

According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of temporality which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for the organization of social and other jobs of temporality

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of the organization of social and other jobs of temporality, and also financing of their organization.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population".

3. Such categories of persons on a voluntary basis are involved in accomplishment of social and other jobs of temporality:

registered unemployed persons;

persons who are on accounting in territorial authorities of Public service of employment in areas the cities, areas in the cities (further - territorial authorities) as such which look for work (further - persons who look for work);

workers who lost part of the salary as a result of forced reducing to 50 percent of stipulated by the legislation duration of working hours in connection with stop (reducing) of production (further - workers who lost part of the salary).

4. On persons who participate in social and other jobs of temporality the state social guarantees, stipulated by the legislation expatiate on work and employment of the population and obligatory national social insurance.
