RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Based on item 4 of Article 15 and Item 2 of article 16 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for inspection of condition of the apartment, blocked and single-family apartment houses and their house adjoining territories, apartments in the apartment and blocked apartment houses, hostels for the purpose of determination of their discrepancy to the health and technical requirements established for accommodation and decision making about their recovery for proper use, or about transfer in non-residential, or about demolition of apartment houses, unsuitable for accommodation, hostels it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 1999 No. 1392 "About procedure for inspection of condition of premises, recognitions their not corresponding to the health and technical requirements imposed to premises, unsuitable for accommodation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 71, 5/1616);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2012 No. 774 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 1999 No. 1392" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.08.2012, 5/36140).
