About entering of amendment and change into the Instruction about the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of the BISS system
Based on part three of Article 32 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of the BISS system approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2009 No. 184 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 290, 8/21644), the following amendment and change:
the second Item 24 to add part with the third offer of the following content: "The decision on loading of electronic documents by interbank calculations for assorted storage of TsA MBR is made by the chief of head department of information technologies of National Bank or person replacing it by vising of the inventory of electronic documents.";
in appendix 1 to this Instruction of the word "in the coding 866" shall be replaced with words "in the coding 1251".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
