1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for creation and representation of requests for receipt of public information which manager is Public service of export control of Ukraine;

Form for representation of request for receipt of public information.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of access to public information and consideration of treatment of citizens of management of communications of the public (Ioanno I. O.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of Public service of export control of Ukraine Demekhin V. A.
