3. "Rules of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts" become effective since 01.01.2013 and, since the specified date, approved by board decision of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of 03.11.2004 (the protocol No. 19) of "The rule of opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts" (the certificate No. 3093 of 16.11.2004), and also the changes to these rules approved by decisions of 29.11.2006 (the certificate No. 3282 of 29.12.2006), of 27.05.2008 (the certificate No. 3402 of 15.06.2008), of 27.09.2008 (the certificate No. 3411 of 16.10.2008) and of 09.09.2009 (the certificate No. 3470 of 25.09.2009) to recognize invalid.
