About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the museums and Museum fund"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 3, 2012 "About the museums and Museum fund" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 688) the following changes and amendments.

1. In preamble of the Law of the word "legal relations" shall be replaced with words "the public relations".

2. In Article 4:

"3. Activities of the museums are organized according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, their charters and decisions of the founder (founders) and they can be engaged in the activities which are bringing in the incomes necessary for achievement of the authorized purposes. The museums have the right to be engaged in trade in photos, drawings, books, souvenirs and other goods with images of museum objects, museum collections, buildings, constructions and symbolics of the museum directly in the museum.";

- consider part 3 part 4.

3. Add with Article 4 (1) the following content:

"Article 4 (1). Memorial estate

1. Memorial estate - special type of the museum which is created in the territory of the objects of historical and cultural heritage relating to the historical and cultural reserve and the related natural landscape. If necessary, in the territory of this reserve traditional production and other type of activity according to its charter is organized.

2. The memorial estate according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan ensures safety of objects of historical and cultural heritage in the territory and access to them for citizens, and also performs storage, studying and promoting of the specified objects, creates conditions for conservation and tourist activities.".

4. To add part 3 of article 10 after words of "museum collections" with words of "non-state part".

5. Regarding the 2nd Article 15 of the word "universal value" shall be replaced with words "the historical and cultural importance".
