About approval of Rules of issue of leaves of disability, appointment and issue of payments on the medical and improving purposes

In pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About questions of activities of the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic" of October 16, 1992 the No. 553 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Approve according to appendices 1-3 "Rules of expenditure and accounting of funds for the medical and improving measures allocated due to expels from the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic for social insurance", "The instruction about procedure for issue of leaves of disability to the citizens paying fees on social insurance" and "Regulations on Rules of payment due to assignments on social insurance of temporary disability benefits, to pregnancy and childbirth, the child's birth, child care and on burial".

Charge to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic:

- provide issue of the means deducted on the medical and improving purposes in the terms provided by the existing legislation and strengthen control on target expenditure of these means;

- carry out inventory count of the medical and improving objects constructed due to social and insurance assignments of the former social and insurance fund and kolkhozes with participation of the Azerbaijani council of labor unions and Council of kolkhozes of the Azerbaijan Republic and to provide them with necessary means for completion of construction of objects under construction.
