About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the State Support of Youth and Children's Public Associations"

Questions of the state support of interregional, regional and local youth and children's associations in subjects of the Russian Federation and maintaining regional registers of the youth and children's associations enjoying the state support are regulated by the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation.

2. If the state support is given to interregional, regional and local youth or children's associations in the subject of the Russian Federation, the authorized body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation quarterly represents to federal executive body on the realization of the state youth policy specified in subitems 1 - the 8th Item 3 of article 13 of this Federal Law of the data on the associations included in the regional register of the youth and children's associations enjoying the state support.";

4) in Article 4:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The state support according to this Federal Law can be given registered in the procedure established by the law: to the all-Russian, international youth associations of citizens aged up to 30 years which united on the basis of community of interests; to the all-Russian, international children's associations of citizens aged up to 18 years and the full age citizens who united for implementation of joint activities.";
