About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 113

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 113 "About development of the organizations of linen industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 18, 5/35219; No. 56, 5/35687) following changes and amendments:
1.1. state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. Suggest Belagroprombank open joint stock company to issue in 2012 and 2013 credits to the amount 752, to 7 billion rubles for the implementation of construction, reconstruction (upgrade) and acquisition of processing equipment provided in the complex business plan of development of linen industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2015 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2013 No. 201 "About the complex business plan of development of linen industry of the Republic of Belarus in 2013-2015" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.03.2013, 5/37037), for a period of up to 15 years with repayment of these credits monthly equal shares in year after input of the corresponding objects in operation:
at the expense of own means in the amount 617, 9 billion rubles to the organizations according to appendix 1 with interest payment for use of the credits in the amount of the refunding rate of National Bank increased no more than by 3 percent points of margin on the credits in Belarusian rubles and in the amount of no more than 10 annual interest rates - on foreign currency loans;
