About some questions of state regulation of military and technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states and export control

For the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of military and technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states and export control I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of special exporters of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that special exporters of the Republic of Belarus * have the right:

2.1. enable the realization, including on the basis of commission agreements, the order or other similar civil agreements, specific goods (works, services):

the republican state bodies which are in operational management having military forming;

made (developed, made) other organizations of the Republic of Belarus and (or) belonging to them on the property right;

own production (development, production);

belonging on the property right to foreign legal entities;

2.2. acquire the property right (economic maintaining) to the objects listed in subitems 1. 8, 1.14, 1.16 and 1.17 Items 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 169-Z "About the objects which are only in property of the state, and types of activity to which implementation the exclusive right of the state", for providing export foreign trade transactions with observance of necessary level of safety and safety of acquired objects extends;

2.3. acquire specific goods (works, services) according to orders of the republican state bodies having military forming;
