Some questions of marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products

According to articles 226 and 227 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve new samples of brands of the excise tax for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products of national and import production which are applied.

2. Enter since September 1, 2013 brands of the excise tax of new sample for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products of national and import production.

3. No. 474 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.07.2013

4. Bring in the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2013, No. 3, the Art. 66), changes which are applied.

5. Determine that before completion of implementation of actions by training of territorial authorities of the Ministry of the income and charges of function of such bodies which are provided by the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251, are assigned to bodies of the State Tax Service and customs authorities.

6. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

7. To the ministry of the income and charges:

provide production till August 25, 2013 of brands of the excise tax of new sample for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and also their sale in accordance with the established procedure;
