About approval of the Procedure for visit of the Government house official and officials, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for visit of the Government house official and officials, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons which is applied.

2. To provide to the state secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the state secretary of the Ministry of Economics, the state secretary of the Ministry of Finance according to competence in coordination with Management of the state protection the publication of the relevant acts concerning the organization of observance of the access and inside control, streamlining of the procedure of visit of the Government house official and officials of public authorities, other state bodies, local government bodies, companies, organizations and organizations, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons.

3. To management of the state protection:

take measures for technical supply of the organization of the access and inside control in the Government house;

provide interaction with National police for implementation of protection of the Government house.

4. Provide to the Ministry of Finance financing of expenses for implementation of the actions connected with accomplishment of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective in 15 days from the date of its publication.
