2. Recognize to invalid:
the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of February 19, 2004 No. 86 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of auditors who can carry out audit inspections of financial institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 16, 2004 for No. 489/9088;
the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of June 24, 2005 No. 4239 "About modification and amendments in the Procedure for maintaining the register of auditors who can carry out audit inspections of financial institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2005 for No. 768/11048;
