According to article 49 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" and Articles 16, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for compensation to the Pension fund of Ukraine by fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment of expenses on payment to ahead of schedule granted pension and fee for its delivery which is applied.

2. (M. Shambir) to provide to department of provision of pensions this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
