LIST NO. 1

The documents and data represented by carriers when moving goods and vehicles through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan by air transport

1. Documents according to the Convention on international civil aviation (Chicago, on December 7, 1944):

a) general declaration;

b) load sheet;

c) air freight bill;

d) business documents * on the transported loads attached to the air waybill. In transit load the specified documents are submitted by batches to the first consignment;

e) the documents determined by acts of Universal Postal Union for support of the international mailings.

2. Data which shall contain in the above-stated documents:

a) specifying of signs of national identity and registration signs of the aircraft;

b) number of flight, specifying of route of flight, Item of departure, aircraft destination;

c) name of the operator of the aircraft;

d) number of crew members;

e) the name and commodity codes according to the Harmonized commodity description and coding system at the level of at least 6 signs;
