1. This Procedure determines the decision making mechanism about inclusion of the industrial (industrial) park (further - the industrial park) in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks (further - the Register).
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About industrial parks".
3. For decision making about inclusion of the industrial park in the Register which is kept in the form approved by Ministry of Economics, the initiator of creation of the industrial park (further - the initiator) the Ministry of Economics files documents, the stipulated in Article 15 Laws of Ukraine "About industrial parks" (further - documents).
The initiator bears responsibility for accuracy of the information which contains in the documents filed by him.
