These rules establish procedure for reduction of payment for negative impact on the environment (dumpings of pollutants, other substances and microorganisms into superficial water objects, underground water objects and on catchment areas) (further - payment for negative impact on the environment) in case of carrying out by the organizations performing water disposal, subscribers of such organizations (further - the organizations (subscribers) of nature protection actions, including for construction, reconstruction and upgrade of treatment facilities (further - nature protection actions).
2. In case of holding nature protection actions by the organizations (subscribers) the payment for negative impact on the environment decreases by the size of actually made costs for realization of nature protection actions.
