According to Item 6 parts two of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 395, the subitem 3 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Public registration service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 401, for the purpose of ensuring proper control of activities of registration services of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny, interdistrict justice departments and increase in efficiency of holding control actions by the Public registration service of Ukraine ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out by the Public registration service of Ukraine for checks of activities of registration services of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
