Bring in Conditions under which real estate is recognized equivalent to earlier being available real estate, approved by the order of FAS Russia of 18.09.2009 N 621 (N 15153) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 29.10.2009, with the changes made by the order of FAS Russia of 24.02.2012 N 106 (N 23740), the following changes is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 06.04.2012:

1.1. in paragraph 5:
