1. Approve Regulations on procedure for use of information of National information base of bank depositors in case of search of bank accounts of debtors and their debtors according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for use of information of National information base of bank depositors in case of search of bank accounts of debtors and their debtors approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Board of the Central bank of February 20, 2010 N 13, 7/12 (рег. N 2085 of March 3, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, N 9, the Art. 72).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
