About liquidation of "Directorate of Art Exhibitions and Auctions" limited liability partnership

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate "Directorate of Art Exhibitions and Auctions" limited liability partnership.

2. To transfer to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the property of "Directorate of Art Exhibitions and Auctions" limited liability partnership which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors to balance of the republican state state company "State museum of arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of A. Kasteev" of Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR of July 15, 1960 No. 1286-r;

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2003 No. 651 "About renaming of the Republican state state company "Directorate of Art Exhibitions and Auctions" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 28, the Art. 270).

5. To committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
