For the purpose of ensuring execution of the seventeenth paragraph of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About narcological service and narcological control" of September 17, 2001 the No. 581 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "The procedure for passing by persons who are engaged in separate types of the professional activity and activities connected with source of enhanced danger of physical examination (medical check) in the public narcological medical institution" (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. For the purpose of protection of the rights, legitimate interests of the population and safety of the state of person, performing the activities connected with separate types of professional activity and sources of enhanced danger (except for persons specified in article 24.4 of the Law of the Republic of the Azerbaijan Republic "About narcological service and control") are employed, in operating time they shall have medical examination (medical examination) in the public medical institution of narcology at least once a year.
