About approval of standard forms of the Report on local charges (Forma TL 13) and instructions about procedure for its filling and representation

For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Section VII, Art. 187 and Art. 188 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, and also for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of declaring by taxpayers and bodies, authorized local authorities of public management, obligations on local charges I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the Standard form of the Report on local charges (Forma TL 13) according to appendix No. 1 to the provided order;

2) the Instruction about procedure for filling and submission of the Report on local charges (Forma TL 13) according to appendix No. 2 to the provided order;

2. The report on local charges (Forma TL 13) will be represented to the State Tax Administration by taxpayers - subjects of the taxation on the local charges specified in litas. a), b), c), d), e) - except for the physical persons performing independent activities f), g), h), i), j) and q) h (2) Art. 289 of the Tax code.

3. No. 1001 is excluded according to the Order of the Main state tax authorities of the Republic of Moldova of 19.11.2015

4. The report on local charges (Forma TL 13) and the Report on local charges (Forma TL APL 13) is represented since the tax periods corresponding to 2013.
