About modification of the Procedure for increase in level of professional competence of government employees approved by the Order of National civil service of Ukraine of April 06, 2012 No. 65

In pursuance of subitem 229.3 of Item 229 of the Section X ІІІ the National plan of action for 2013 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 128, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 18, 2011 No. 769, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for increase in level of professional competence of government employees approved by the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service of Ukraine of April 06, 2012 No. 65, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 04, 2012 for No. 713/21026, such changes:

1.1. І to add Item 1.2 of the Section with the new first paragraph of such content:

"1.2. Increase in level of professional competence purposeful process of systematic acquisition and enhancement of the kompetentnost necessary for effective solution of tasks of professional activity in public service.".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the first and second paragraphs second and third.

1.2. In Item 2.5 of the Section ІІ:
