For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures in the field of regulation of production, import and realization of alcoholic beverages, ethyl (food) alcohol and tobacco products" of February 5, 1999 the No. 90 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of realization of ethyl (food) alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Appendix No. 4).
