About some questions of limits of the number of staff of the ministries, other central and local executive bodies and abolition of some public institutions

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Abolish public institutions - territorial authorities:

1) Committee of highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) Committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

2. Increase limit of the number of staff of local executive bodies by 5 420 units, including:

1) on strengthening of offices of akims of rural districts, settlements, the villages which are not part of rural districts - 4 869 units for the account:

reducings number of territorial authorities of the central executive bodies and their departments (including due to vacancies), except for the military personnel of the Ministries of Internal Affairs and on emergency situations - 4 006 units;

abolition of public institutions of territorial authorities:

Committee of highways of the Ministry of Transport and Communications - 224 units;

Committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science - 139 units;

optimizations of number of regional structures of local executive bodies on 500 units in the way:

reducings vacant managerial state positions of local executive bodies of regional level on 216 units;

optimizations of structural divisions of offices of akims of local executive bodies of the areas duplicating regional managements on 94 units;
