About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ensuring activities of the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" of September 5, 2012 No. 706 and Rules of the organization of activities of the centers "Service ASAN" and rendering services approved by this Decree

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ensuring activities of the State agency on services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" of September 5, 2012 No. 706 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 9, Article 858; The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 5, 2013 No. 815):

1.1. give subitem 5.7.2 in the following edition:

"5.7.2. issue of references from the state register on the image of real estate, state registration and restriction (encumbrance) of property rights for it;";

1.2. give Item 5.11 in the following edition:

"5.11. issue to foreigners and stateless persons of permissions about temporary and permanent residence in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, including individual permissions for implementation of paid labor activity;".

2. Make the following changes to the "Rules of the organization of activities of the centers "Service ASAN" and rendering services" approved by this Decree:

2.1. cancel subitem 3.2.4;

2.2. add subitems 4.6 and 4.7 of the following content:

"4.6. In the centers "Service ASAN" the following functional support services are performed:

4.6.1. banking services:

4.6.1.1. opening of the current bank accounts;

4.6.1.2. currency exchange;

4.6.1.3. acceptance of the state fee and payment for the services connected with the services performed in the centers "Service ASAN";

4.6.1.4. acceptance of penalties for administrative violations;
