About conditions of temporary import (export) of goods and vehicles in the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and further streamlining of temporary import (export) of goods and vehicles the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Rules of goods placement and vehicles under customs regime of temporary import (export) according to the appendix N 1;

Rules of temporary import (export) of goods and vehicles without execution of the cargo customs declaration according to the appendix N 2.

2. Determine that the following goods are not subject to temporary import (export):

the goods prohibited to import to the Republic of Uzbekistan and to export from the Republic of Uzbekistan;

waste;

the electric power, water, goods delivered on pipelines (oil, gas) and also fuel;

goods, import (export) of which it is quoted;

consumable materials and account samples, raw materials, semifinished products;

the goods intended for single application;

the vehicles imported by physical persons and legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, except for implementation of the international freight transportation, and also the cases established by the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Temporary import (export) of goods, when importing (export) of which is required receipt of separate permissions according to the legislation, it is allowed only in the presence of such permissions.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 17, 2004 N 399 "About conditions of temporary import of goods and vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 8 Art. 85).
