About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning determination of some budget receipts

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

1. In Article 2 part one:

in Item 15 of the word" (including payment for provision of administrative services)" to exclude;

Item 23 after the word "transfers" to add with words "payment for provision of administrative services".

2. In paragraph three of part four of Article 13 of the word" (including payment for provision of administrative services)" to exclude.

3. To add part one of Article 23 with the words "if another is not provided by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine".

4. The second Article 29 to add part with Item 25-1 of such content:

"25-1) registration fee for carrying out state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs".

5. 12 parts one of Article 64 to exclude Item.

6. 3 parts two of Article 66 to exclude Item.

7. To add Item 3 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" after words of "Public service of highways of Ukraine" with words of "the main managers of the budgetary funds raised by them for implementation of capital expenditures over amounts of the established budget settings".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, except Items 4-6 of the Section I of this Law which become effective since January 1, 2014.
