About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 16, 2001 No. 466

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 16, 2001 No. 466 "About approval of the Instruction about order of registration in the Public assay service of prints of nouns - the special signs certifying manufacturers of jewelry and household products from precious metals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2001 for No. 935/6126 (with changes), such changes:
in the title and Item 1 of the word to "The public assay service" shall be replaced with words to "The public assay service of Ukraine".
2. Approve changes in the Instruction about order of registration in the Public assay service of prints of nouns - the special signs certifying manufacturers of jewelry and household products from precious metals, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 16, 2001 No. 466, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2001 for No. 935/6126 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 14, 2003 No. 500) which are applied.
3. To department of state policy in the field of assay supervision, documents of the strict reporting and lottery activities of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Klepchukov V. P.) and to Department of expert activities of the Public assay service of Ukraine (A.I Kissel.) provide in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
