Questions of the Government representative for the rights of disabled people
For the purpose of ensuring implementation by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine powers concerning observance of the rights and legitimate interests of physically disabled people the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Enter position of the Government representative for the rights of disabled people in limiting borders of number of employees of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Approve Regulations on the Government representative for the rights of disabled people which are applied.
3. Equate the Government representative for the rights of disabled people under the terms of compensation, material and household and other providing to the deputy minister's position.
4. Refer position of the Government representative for the rights of disabled people to the first category of positions of government employees.
