Approve the Procedure and the directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget which are applied.

Procedure and the directions of use of the means received as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of means of the government budget

1. The means received in the form of periodical and/or one-time payments (royalty) as a result of transfer of the technologies and/or their components created at the expense of means of the government budget on which property rights belong to the organization developer according to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities in the field of transfer of technologies" (further - the means received from transfer of technologies) are enlisted:

in special fund of the government budget as own receipts of the organization developer into its corresponding account opened in body of Treasury - if the organization developer is budgetary institution;

into the off-budget account of the organization developer opened in body of Treasury - if the organization developer is off-budget organization.
