1. Liquidate the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The house of Friendship - the Center for research of problems of the interethnic relations" the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).
2. Create republican public institution "The house of Friendship - the Center of the interethnic relations" the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).
3. To the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to approve the charter of organization and to provide its state registration in judicial authorities;
2) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer to organization of the property which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated company;
3) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. Determine that financing of organization is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the corresponding financial year.
