1. Liquidate republican public institution "The house of friendship - the Center of the interethnic relations" the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).

2. To the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer to republican public institution "Kogamdyk келісім" in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the property which remained after satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated organization;

2) to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
