1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of monthly payments to the able-bodied persons performing care of handicapped children aged up to 18 years or disabled people since the childhood of the I group.

Determine that to the person which was performing care of the handicapped child and receiving compensation payment according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2006 N 1455 "About compensation payments to persons performing care of disabled citizens" which to it was stopped in connection with achievement of 18 years by the handicapped child of age monthly payment is appointed according to the statement with appendix to it of documents, necessary for representation, according to the Rules approved by this resolution from the date of establishment to the specified handicapped child who reached age of 18 years, the I group of disability since the childhood. At the same time if the documents specified in Item 5 of the Rules approved by this resolution are available at the disposal of the body performing pension payment to the handicapped child for whom leaving is performed that their representation it is not required.
