About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Premyerministr of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoeva.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 8, 2005 No. UP-3678 "About Measures for Reforming and Development of Independent Channels of TV and Radio Broadcasting":

a) third Item 7 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Grant the right to the chairman of NTRK of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to organizational structure of the company and the subordinated organizations within the general number of staff of the NTRK system of Uzbekistan".

b) to add the Section I of the appendix N 1 with Items 9 - 11 following contents:

"9. "O'zbekiston MTRK Mediamarkazi"
