The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2012 No. 211 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Carrying Out Registration and Re-registration of Persons Performing Missionary Activities" and about modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2010 No. 745 "About approval of the register of the state services rendered to physical persons and legal entities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 33, the Art. 426):

in the standard of the state service "Carrying Out Registration and Re-registration of Persons Performing Missionary Activities" approved by the specified resolution:

1) of Item 7 to state subitem paragraph two in the following edition:

"delivery by the consumer of the necessary documents determined in Item 11 of this standard - thirty calendar days;";
