About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of size of subsistence minimum

Based on part (5) article 5 of the Law No. 152 of July 5, 2012 on subsistence minimum (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 165, the Art. 555) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation of size of subsistence minimum it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family together with Academy of Sciences of Moldova, National bureau of statistics and social partners after publication of this Resolution to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the Methodical management about procedure for calculation of size of subsistence minimum, with its further publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To provide to national bureau of statistics, once a half-year and annually, calculation of size of subsistence minimum and publication in the official publications.

4. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family together with Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the Ministry of Health, National bureau of statistics, as required, but at least time in five years to represent modification of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of size of subsistence minimum.

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.

6. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 902 of August 28, 2000. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of payments of subsistence minimum" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 115 1002).
