Questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Make such changes to presidential decrees of Ukraine:
1) in the Regulations on Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 436:
in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "The Minister of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine";
in the text of the Provision of the word "Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine", in all cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" in the corresponding case;
2) in Regulations on the State agency concerning science, innovations and informatization of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 437:
in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "The Minister of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine";
in the text of the Provision of the word "Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport of Ukraine", in all cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" in the corresponding case;
3) in the Regulations on the State inspection of educational institutions of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 438:
